"One: Preheat oven to four hundred degrees."

"Two: Whisk the milk and eggs together. Season with salt and pepper."

"Three: Saute the onions and peppers over medium heat for four to six minutes, or until translucent and lightly browned."

"Four: Spread the vegetables into an even layer, flattening with a spatula. Sprinkle the cheese on top and let it just start to melt, then pour the egg mixture over. Tilt the pan to make sure the eggs settle evenly. Cook for a minute or two until you see the edges start to set."

"Five: Put the pan in the oven and bake for eight to ten minutes, until eggs are set. Cool for five minutes, then serve."

[Oops, he didn't mix the milk in with the eggs. He does it now, eyeballing the quantity because they don't have any measuring implements. Is this the right amount? Whoooo knows.]
